The above kinds of pasta are made from flour from Tótkomlós, using stretching (not pressing).
By this technology, the traditional local Hungarian taste is guaranteed.
Nevertheless, the most special product of ours is "screened lowlander farfel", which is considered a typical food of the Southern Great Hungarian Plain. This product means great pleasure to our enterprise, since it has been greatly respected in January 2004 - it was nominated "MAGYAR KÉZMŰVES REMEK - HUNGARIAN CRAFTMAN'S MASTERWORK".
